Narita information

Excellent location being close to Marita airport. Seamless airport transfer. Has a convenience store at lobby. OK breakfast. Hotel good just for a night stay.

I was very impressed from the time I walked in the lady behind the counter was so very nice. She truly cared about me at that moment. The check in was smooth and fast the rooms were very clean and bigger for Japan. The food was very good. You close to the airport so it is a good bus ride there after a long flight. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The Ana Crowne Plaza maybe the best International Hotel of all of the Narita Airport hotels. The rooms are of Western size. Just be aware that most of the Japanese hotels in the Narita Airport area are of much smaller size as per Japanese proportions. Also the Ana Crowne Plaza is impeccably clean. Also all of the toiletries and amenities are western style. Food and beverage is very good. Hotel staff is absolutely excellent. Be aware that some of the other Western branded hotels in the Narita Airport area are badly in need of refurbishing. This hotel is up-to-date. If you're looking for Value this is the hotel to choose. Also its location close to the airport means that in the morning it's only a ten-minute ride to the airport

Tha staff are fabulous...however the rooms are very tired and dank smelling.. so the staff give it an extra star... highly recommend the family run restaurant at entrance to hotel driveway... great traditional food at very reasonable prices... see pictures

The hotel is nice..we asked for a one bed and got 2 twins..The restaurant isn't to bad nut very high prices and not much service. It was not even busy but we hot no servieafter the meal were dropped off.my husband meal came 15 minutes before mine. Nevert offered dessert
