Japanese traditional sweets the name is “Dango”. It made from rice, and similar texture with Mochi(rice cakes). It is melty. You can choose two taste, one is Miso(soy bean paste) which is salty taste. Another is Mitarashi(sweet soy source) which is sweetie taste. Both are Japanese traditional taste.
