Nice and clean. As in most hotel room in Japan it is very narrow room. We put our big luggage in concierge as we transit overnight. Location is very convenient if you need to ride train and it is easy to find food in some nearby restaurants. The hotel provide free shuttle to airport which is convenient❤
Very kind staff and very nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed, fridge and TV ( with BBC channel included). Highly recommended.
Great hotel for a short stay. Small rooms but well equipped. Spa available, close to restaurants and well serviced with buses and 5 minutes walk to the station. The staff was lovely and ever so helpful.
Standard small Japanese hotel room with yacht style bathroom. Okay for two adults without luggage for one night layover. Frequent airport transfer. Excellent check in. Most poilite, helpful and informative curb side assistance man to board bus back to airport. Talk about excellent customer service! Would stay again.
Very good hotel at 10 minutes from the airport. Very clean and bath included. Room maybe a little small but for staying one day during travelling it's really perfect.
