Excellent hotel. Convenient for airport access. Spacious rooms. Well stocked gift shop. Nice cafe and restaurant. Very clean and efficient, with helpful friendly helpful staff.
Extremely convenient, amazing view, and great staff! The hotel was also amazing with really nice rooms and hosted all the essential items you need.
It is a very dated hotel but rooms were renovated. It is huge and rare in japan. The breakfast was very good too.
Overall a nice hotel. Buffet is a bit pricey for the quality of the food, but for Tokyo it's above par. Rooms have been renovated, but the bathrooms are very 1970's. Windows lounge has a very "The Shining" vibe with the Grand Piano, Gold wall sconces, and overall art deco. I'd suggest getting a reservation with breakfast included. Shuttle bus is top notch, and the staff were great.
Very nice hotel. Clean, updated. Only downside is you have to pay for the pool.. but you could look at it as a positive because it limits the number of people.
