I would say this hotel represents the service standard of Japan. Super!!! We were having trouble to board the flight to Singapore as my daughter’s Canadian passport will expire in three days. The staffs in the airport are VERY helpful. They almost tried every single method for us to go to Singapore. Then we found that we have to stay in Tokyo and apply a temporary passport for my daughter. We were accompanied during whole process by the staff from United Airline. She sends us to Nikko Narita. Upon the arrival, the reception desk had prepared maps of the Canadian embassy, subway schedule and shuttle bus timetable for us. I was so surprised when I show our passport to the reception, they gave us full of information as return. I almost cried! You won’t be able to find this kind of service anywhere else around world. BTW, the restaurant at lobby is super tasty. They even provide vitamins during breakfast. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you!!!

Wonderful place to style. Free breakfast buffet. The employees are great and friendly. The hotel is always clean. There's a free bus to and from the hotel if you want to go to the city and sight see. Also there is free English computers you can print from and use is u need to do any work. The place is wonderful. I would stay there again.????

Eh... The hotel was just OK. The beds were like sleeping on cement. The room was so tiny that there was no where to put your luggage let alone open it up. The lobby had a bad chemical smell to it. Breakfast wasn't too terribly bad, that is if you like raw bacon. The hotel was a little bit too far from the train station for my liking.

This is clean and efficient hotel perfect for overnight layovers by travelers who need to be near Narita airport. Free shuttles between airport and hotel, plus additional shuttle trips to Narita town. If you have extra time, take a walking tour to the splendid temple and park grounds of old Narita center. We did and it was one relaxed late afternoon to evening visit. Hotel rooms are quite large in comparison to typical Tokyo room sizes. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful in all our queries. Not so expensive and truly worth every yen paid.

This is a very large and nicely appointed hotel about five minutes shuttle bus drive from the airport. The Sky bar is nice and relaxing, but beware that any food ordered has to come from the kitchens many floors below. My food was only lukewarm, and I'd finished eating it by the time my wife's arrived.
