I have stayed at this Hotel countless times and it's always been a positive experience. The location is great for the Airport and for visiting Narita town. Frequent courtesy buses are provided to and from the Airport , the railway station and shopping centre's. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped.
A perfectly satisfactory hotel near Narita Airport. Clean. Cheap. Free, convenient shuttle. Decent breakfast buffet. Right across the street from Japan's only ???? Santa Claus themed love hotel. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that I don't think it's any more special than any of the other airport hotels in the area, which I've found all to be satisfactory.
A nice quiet hotel within 10 minute bus ride to town (courtesy bus from hotel). Also close to airport (15 minutes in taxi). Nice clean rooms with good shower and Wi-Fi. Helpful and pleasant staff. Only downside us expensive and relatively poor restaurant - there us a mini-mart right outside to get food, drink etc and decent restaurants nearby. Used by aircrew so must be good!
Excellent all around! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, BIG room (big for NRT)! All amenities, in-room...included. Room has a very comfortable full sized bed and pillows, with desk, HDTV, refrigerator and hot pot. Also free airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi all make for an enjoyable stay.
Clean and tidy, friendly staff and short trip to the village.
