I had the Gyu Suji (Tender Beef Tendon with Tofu) with a normal bowl of rice. It was really delicious. The meat was so tender and juicy it just melted in my mouth. The tofu was delicious, big pieces cooked for a long time in a sweet-salty sauce. The flavor went perfectly with the rice, and it was exactly what I needed for lunch!! If I come back to Narita, I hope to eat this here again.

I entered for the first time at a ramen shop on the way to Omotesando to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. You can choose either soy sauce or salt for the soup at the sardine ramen shop. The noodles are flat noodles. I had soy sauce ramen this time. The soup is a little sweet, but I think it was delicious. Next time, I would like to order the salt soup and compare the taste.
